Deposits/Payments
A deposit of 20% is payable on booking and payments can be made by cheque or money order in Pounds, Dollars or Euros. The balance is payable 6 weeks before the start of your holiday. Bookings made within 8 weeks will require full payment at the time of booking. You will be sent a list of terms and conditions and a booking form which you will need to complete and return with your deposit. Provisional dates can be held for a reasonable period (usually 7 days) until the booking form and deposit are receive, at which time the booking will be confirmed in writing.Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of £50 ($75) will be required. This will be refunded upon confirmation from the property management company that the property has been left in a clean and undamaged condition.That's great. How do I book or find out more information?
