Spring Hill is close to the west coast (Gulf of Mexico coast) in picturesque Hernando county. Warm weather, sunshine and sparkling spring fed waters all combine to create Spring Hill's relaxing atmosphere. Click here for a map.Getting there
Spring Hill is serviced by three airports; Orlando, Tampa and Sanford. Orlando is the main airport where most scheduled flights will arrive. Spring Hill is approximately one and a half hours drive west of Orlando airport. Sanford is a new airport to the north of Orlando which is primarily focused on package flights from the UK (e.g. Airtours, Thomson, Cosmos). It is particularly handy if you plan to rent a car as travel from the airport is relatively simple.
Tampa airport is closer to Spring Hill than Orlando (Spring Hill is approximately fifty minutes north of Tampa airport). However, not all UK airports fly direct to Tampa (though there are internal domestic flights if you do not mind changing or wish to stop over elsewhere in the U.S.). There are direct flights from London to Tampa.
Spring Hill is richly served by the road network. The recently opened Sun Coast Parkway, has improved matters further by providing a direct link from Tampa to the Spring Hill area. Route 50 travels from West to East and gives a straightforward route to Orlando.Villa Address
