The villa has a large number of amenities, including:

The villa has its own heated pool and poolside furniture is provided. The pool is enclosed and so can be used all year round. The depth ranges from 2'6" (76 cm) to 6' (182cm).

The pool is overlooked by the florida room in which one can relax or dine (or simply to keep an eye on the children in the pool!). The florida room is a shaded area and may be thought of as being similar to a conservatory or patio area.
